On Wednesday afternoon, I was having a bad OCD day, so I took an extra capsule of Prozac. (It was safe because I'm ordinarily taking the minimum dose that is prescribed.) It helped. However, I couldn't fall asleep at night, so I finally gave up and took the sleeping pill that the doctor prescribed.
To be fair to the doctor, he warned me that it might make me groggy. That was an understatement. I'm usually a deep sleeper after I fall asleep, but apparently when I take a sleeping pill, it takes something drastic to wake me up. I overslept several hours, felt groggy all day, and still am feeling sleepy. I'm probably going to declare today hopeless and go to sleep soon.
Well, I'll never do that again.
