Pomodoro Technique
Jul. 8th, 2017 08:20 pmI've been cleaning in spurts based on the Pomodoro Technique. Basically, you set a timer and work 25 minutes, and then take a five-minute break. After four sessions, you take a longer break. It seems to be helping, although I have to admit to watching the timer near the end of a session.
I've been tackling the office, which sorely needs it. It's kind of overwhelming.
