days_unfoldingRan out and got the plug adapters. Mimi made things easy by running away from me putting stuff in the living room closet and running into the bedroom, where I shut the gate. I spent a bunch of time snuggling with her when I got home, so that she doesn't think that I shut her in the bedroom because I don't like her.
Another step towards normal life: I made some french toast. It was good :) It also gave me a taste for grilled cheese, so I might make some tomorrow. Hmm, I wonder if I have tomato soup in one of the boxes....Dollar Tree has it if I don't have it. I'm trying to eat cheaply because I ate out a lot when I was cleaning out the old place.
I've been yawning, don't ask me why, so I think that I'll feed the hordes and start heading towards bed. I'm reading a book about finding your "why". I hope that it's illuminating.
