days_unfoldingI had my conference call this morning. The perils of working from home--Harlee offered her opinion on what we were talking about. Or at least, she offered her opinion that I should hang up and pet her. The other people on the call, though, thought that was cute. Zara curled up in my lap for a while during the call, but she at least was quiet.
The front desk worker tonight had to leave because his sister was taken to the hospital "not breathing". I hope that his sister is okay, but it doesn't sound good. (He did say that he was going to be at work tomorrow though.) I hadn't had dinner yet, but thank goodness for a local sandwich shop that delivered to the library. At least tomorrow is the end of my week.
