Poor Babies

The girls are unhappily settled at the vet. Zara had been wary all day, and I was wondering if I'd be able to get her in the carrier. Earlier, she tentatively came over to my kitchen chair for petting, and I petted her a little, and then she jumped down and ran away. She did it again after my shower, so I grabbed a towel and grabbed her. My poor baby. I kept on telling her that I loved her, but I'm sure that didn't help. The other two were easy by comparison, although Harlee always carries on as if I'm ripping her fur off or something.

I picked up a sandwich and some soda for the train tomorrow. Now I'm eating lunch, and then I'll meet the woman who is buying the flute. Then I'll come back and finish cleaning.
