days_unfoldingI'm going to need help cleaning the place. I can barely keep up or don't quite keep up with Harlee having her digestive issues. And I'm not doing enough organizing because I'm busy cleaning. The problem is finding someone to help who can cope with there being a cat with diarrhea in the house. I can't afford it though until after my trip to the conference at the beginning of March because I'll have to board the cats. Plus, I'll need to pay for food on the trip, but will get reimbursed.
The audiobook that I'm listening to is talking about hiring household help, but some items that she mentions, such as online grocery shopping, aren't available at all in the area. The writer is assuming that you live in a city. I suppose that I could find someone to do my laundry, but I actually don't mind doing laundry.
And I don't think that personal shoppers do thrift stores :)
I pretreated the carpet so that I can wash the carpet with the carpet cleaner tomorrow. I'm taking a break, and then will put apple cinnamon bread in the oven and fettuccine alfredo on the stove.
