Sunday Snow Globe

It was snowing when I went to work. I felt like Nanook of the North.

 

A former colleague of my mom's and a Facebook friend of mine is playing guitar and singing at a hospice. I'm putting it on my list of goals. I had thought about playing Christmas carols at a nursing home.

 

I decided to eat at a local sandwich place for dinner in the hopes that the street would be clear later. Or I was being a wimp :) It was COLD though as well as snowy.

 

No guitar tonight because I didn't go get it during dinner.

 

A co-worker told me that there was snow in the forecast tomorrow and Tuesday, with up to 4 inches on one of those days. "Maybe we'll close," I said hopefully. Ugh. She cleared the snow off of my car though. That was nice.

 

Now I'm in my cozy home, and have fed the hordes. Macaroni and cheese and cheesecake awaits. So much for my cholesterol levels....
