I intended to sleep in this morning, so I woke up at my usual time for work. Oh well. I can take a nap later. Mimi is pleased that I'm up and making a lap for her.
Napped for four hours.
Checked that I have the ingredients to make tuna casserole tomorrow. (I'm making a salmon burger with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts tonight.)
Ran errands. I bought some french-bread pizza to eat tonight, so I'll have the salmon burger tomorrow. I also picked up some cheap frozen ravioli, so I'll have that during the week. Plus I have a quiche that I need to thaw. I'll make the tuna casserole next weekend.
Talked to Mom. She was duly appalled at the saga of my trip back. She thinks that I should get a lot of rest this weekend. She made it to her friend's house on the day that I left, but she kept on stopping and sleeping in various places on the way back. She's planning to drive to Chicago in early September, which concerns me a little.
I've been tired of seeing article after article about Elon Musk. Bloomsburg is having fun writing snarky articles about him though. I never thought that there would be a tech CEO that I disliked more than Larry Ellison. As least Ellison was talented, but I have to wonder about Musk. He seems to have a bad case of foot-in-mouth disease.
