Let There Be New Light

Woke up around 10. Still feeling like crying. The meds seem to be helping though. Mimi says, "I'll make you feel better, Mommy. Pet me!"

 

Stayed up later than I intended reading about upstate New York. Definitely want to plan a trip there. It sounds awesome.

 

Called to reschedule a doctor's appointment because I don't have the copay, but they said that they could bill me.

 

Couldn't figure out how to get the ceiling fan in the living room off, so I unscrewed the light bulbs.

 

Went and got the light for the living room. While I was at the storage place, pulled some stuff to go to the thrift store. Dropped the stuff off. Pulled more stuff to throw out and threw it out when I got home. It's a start. I have a box of junk to go through. I was shocked that the light bulb in the lamp still worked.

 

Had the horrid feeling that I hadn't changed my address with my bank when I moved last year (they're due to send me a new debit card), but I did.

 

Watched an episode of The Crown. Excellent episode that asked about the limits of forgiveness. It's cozy in the living room with the new light.

 

Need to do homework.

I'm trying to catch up-- again. I'm sorry you've been going thru so much lately. Some of it sounds exhausting. You're in my thoughts.
