Mostly Packed

Zara was dozing on my bed last night, which I liked. Mimi was on the bed too for a while, and they were getting along for a moment.

 

Slept until 11:30.

 

Zara is manic and is running, sounding like a herd of elephants.

 

Napped with Zara, who finally shut herself off :)

 

I figured out how to turn off the electricity, but I'll need some needle-nosed pliers to get the metal part of the bulb out. I'll get some tomorrow.

 

Created a packing list on the Google Home app. However, if you dictate items, they'll go on the shopping list.

 

Gathered library books to return tomorrow. Scrubbed a litter box. Packed. I'm about 95% packed, and I don't leave until Saturday. I should get a good night's sleep on Friday night.

 

Why do cats like to walk across laptops? Mimi does, and she's annoyed when I tell her to get off.

 

Pandora has a Christmas Choral Classics station, to which I was listening until the battery on my Bluetooth headphones died. It was very nice. 

 

Cleaned the bathroom, including scrubbing the floor. It's impossible to get all the litter off of the floor though. Zara is freaking out over the cleaning.

 

Made a (frozen) Margherita pizza. It was good. Watched the season 1 finale of Silicon Valley. It was good too.

 

Wrote my last two Christmas cards. Want to get them in the mail tomorrow.

 

I think that I'm going to go to bed and read.
