Yesterday

Got up an hour later than I intended, but still early.

 

Went to the old place and got everything that I wanted to get done done. Then I got a text at 8 AM saying that the crew will be there in 40 minutes. Oh well. I'd like to get this done quickly so that I can go back to the new place and take a nap. I don't do mornings :)

 

Blue Cross Blue Shield: "Do you know how stress can affect you?" Why yes. I'm experimenting with that now.

 

Got the car loaded except for my laundry, which is in the dryer, and some electronics. Now my laundry is in there.

 

The guys are here cleaning the carpet. Packed up another car load's worth of stuff. Started cleaning the refrigerator. Realized that I'll have to pull out the refrigerator to get one of the drawers out.

 

Exchanged e-mails with people at Heartland.

 

The guys did an amazing job on the carpet.

 

Got home with a car full of stuff. Made myself something to eat. Then I looked at the girls hanging around expectantly, and I realized that they hadn't been fed yet. Fed them and myself.

 

I had originally thought that I should keep going because it's not raining, but I really need to lie down for a while. Mimi wants to climb on me and purr.

 

Stopped by the mobile home park office to pay my rent for April, but the office was closed. The manager is supposed to set up electronic access to my account, but I haven't heard anything from her. Picked up my mailbox keys at the post office.

 

Loaded up the car. Then it started raining, so I went over to the hospital to have my blood drawn. Done, but it took an hour with wait time. However, it was just raining lightly when I got out. Picked up some Ramen and garbage bags at Dollar Tree. Oh, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups!

 

Unloaded the car. Now I'm making some Ramen.

 

Zara has the zoomies. She likes this place because she can gallop from one end of the mobile home to the other.

 

Mom called. We got directions squared away. She'll call me when she leaves tomorrow. 

 

Ate Ramen. Zara loves me, but she loves me a little more when I'm eating. 

 

I'm thinking about taking a nap. I'm also wondering if I should just go to sleep early, but it's a little early to go to sleep for good. And it's raining again. And I have a headache. And I'm feeling cranky. Nap time. Although Comcast keeps calling me when I can't answer. I hope that I'll wake up when they call again. They left a message last time, and it was just an appointment reminder.
