Poor Mimi. But It Could Have Been Worse

I fell on Mimi last night. I got up to use the washroom and something was stuck on my foot. I went to take it off, lost my balance, and fell on top of Mimi on the bed. She seemed to be okay (although she ran off), so I went to sleep.
Woke up at 8 AM. Got up, largely to check on Mimi, but I'm going to eat breakfast and go back to sleep. No, I just checked on Mimi, who seemed to be okay, and went back to sleep. Woke up around 12:30 PM.
It's been quiet and peaceful this morning. Mimi was asleep in the TV room, and Zara snuggled on my lap for a long time. When Zara jumped off, I went to check on Mimi, and she was breathing, so I decided to let her sleep. She woke up when I started to make breakfast though.
Hmm, Zara likes to stand on the middle shelf of the little bookcase. I had planned to put cookbooks on the shelf.
Got us all fed. I'm trying to decide whether to take a nap, but it is a holiday, so maybe I will.
The front display on my phone got stuck on December and kept telling me that it was 32 degrees F. Not. I finally got it to update.
I get stock recommendations from various sources, and I double check them against Schwab's ratings to find good stocks. Tractor Supply Company has passed both ratings. They cater to farm and horse people, although their name is misleading because they don't sell tractors. They're in Bloomington and Springfield, so I should check out their parking lot sometime. They've also supposed to have good cat food. I'm also taking a series of classes in investing, so I can learn to value stock better.
I found a discount travel site in an ad on Facebook, and they have some good deals. They had discounts on hotels in St. Lucia, which I'd like to see. But they also had the ultimate cruise as far as I'm concerned. It leaves from San Juan, and goes to St. Maarten, Guadeloupe, St. Lucia, Bequia, and Grenada, thus stopping at most of the places to which I want to go in the Caribbean. And it's a smaller ship too. Can't afford it now, but I have it bookmarked. Must earn and save money for travel.
Zara is snoozing on the futon in the office. I'm going to split my time between working on my classes and emptying boxes.
Threw in a load of towels. AND DAMN IT, MY DRYER ISN'T WORKING AGAIN! Found my spare set of towels at least.
Lay down for a nap at 7 PM and woke up at 10:30 PM. Oops
Had to put the trash out, and was trying to do so quietly, but I dropped the garbage can. Then my neighbor's dog started barking. Sorry neighbors.
Fed the girls. Plan to eat, maybe do a few more boxes, and maybe some homework. (I got 100% on the first test, which is a start.) Need to call the appliance repair people tomorrow. Again. Bah.
