More Organizing

Woke up briefly at 7 AM. Went back to sleep. Woke up a little before 10, got up, but decided to go back to sleep. Woke up at 1 PM. Zara made a big fuss over me when I got up, purring loud enough that I could hear her. (Usually, I can't hear her purrs.)
Realized that I was almost out of milk. Bah. Threw myself together. Got milk.
I have to admit that it feels luxurious to have the place clean. The moral of the story is probably to keep the place clean, but I'm thinking that the real moral is to hire someone to clean :)
Zara snuggled on my lap for a long time. Then I had some soup.
I found out that I can watch the last season of Downton Abbey for free on Amazon Prime. (I never saw the last season.) I think that I'll watch it later tonight and do some mending. After a nap.
Couldn't sleep, so I got up. Zara jumped from the table to my lap. Oof.
I got rid of the broken shelf in the pantry. Finished organizing the shelves on that rack. Printed more labels. Started on the last set of shelves when I ran out of blue baskets. They didn't have more of that color at Dollar Tree last I checked, but they do have some lighter blue ones. (I could order more of the same color from Dollar Tree, but I'd have to get 36 of them. No.) It just occurred to me that I could try another Dollar Tree. I'm going to Champaign on Tuesday, so I should find out where there's one there.
Folded laundry. Went through most of the clothes in the hamper and threw some in the wash. Found my short-sleeved navy blazer (yay!) and a pair of sweats for winter.
Not sure what to do now. I talk to Mom in a half-hour. Don't feel like starting on the bedroom.
My Dad sent an "End of Summer Update," so I started drafting one myself.
Talked to Mom. She's doing okay, but isn't eating enough. She's looking forward to the Home Chef delivery. She still doesn't know when she's going to Chicago to see the Downton Abbey movie with my aunt; my aunt's bathroom is still in the middle of remodeling.
I kind of ran out of steam talking to Mom. I'm going to make some frozen ravioli instead of making the Home Chef Chicken Kiev, which is a lot of work. And I'm going to watch an episode of Downton Abbey.
Finished watching Downton Abbey. I've forgotten some of the storylines, which isn't surprising. But it was fun to watch. Now I'm going to do a few things online and go to sleep.
