Reload page in style: light

I've been watching the coverage from London on CNN's live streaming feed for hours (six people killed, 30 injured; three attackers shot dead; eight minutes elapsed time from the first call to the police to shooting the attackers--way to go, Metropolitan Police). Now the live feed isn't loading, so I wonder if Comcast throttled my Internet. It's probably a sign that I should log off.

I did get my laundry done, which was my one contribution to productivity. I talked to my mom, but we didn't have a lot to say, so we cut it short.

I'm thinking of going to sleep soon and getting up early to get a few things done before work.

Casualties after London Bridge 'knife and van incident'

Damn. Following the updates. (You'd think that I'd know what the time change is to London by now, but I had to look it up.)

I think that it's only a matter of time until we have such attacks here.
