Global Entry and Paint
Dec. 27th, 2023 09:19 pmWhen I was leaving for the airport, I saw some boxes by the front door. One said, “Four gallons,” and I thought “What the hell?” It was the paint that I ordered. They apparently break speed records in shipping it.
I made it to the airport with a dash across traffic to get to the parking garage. I found the place, but I’m a half-hour early, so I’m waiting.
The Global Entry interview took all of five minutes. He didn’t look at all the documentation that I brought. The longest thing was taking my fingerprints.
Crappity crappity crap. I swung wide and smacked the gatepost at my mom's house with my car. I want to sleep for a year.
Submitted a Kroger order. Had a nice nap.
I bought the rest of the paint except for the kitchen because I want to look at white swatches for the kitchen. The painter still should have plenty to work with though. I wonder if he would be available on the 6th.
I'm not seeing the keys I had cut. Nor the checks for my mom's account. Crud. Ordered the checks. I'll get keys cut tomorrow.
I bought two plant stands: one for the bathroom and a large one for the living room or bedroom (I haven't decided which yet). And I bought the Bird's Nest Fern, a Rattlesnake Calathea, a Money Tree, and a Ponytail Palm. And I bought some self-watering pots on Amazon and orchid potting mix to repot my orchids.
All right. Where's my Kroger order?
I had to rescue Zara from a deep box that she likes.
I'm just waiting on the Kroger order and then I'll go to bed.
