Forgot to mention that I read a book about selling hot dogs. The person who wrote it lives in New Zealand and licenses his "Rock Dogs" brand across the world. The carts that he sells are designed to fit in a hatchback, which is nice. But I can't afford it right now. There apparently is good money in selling hot dogs though. I've seen a few places that say that. I need a book written about the requirements for the US though.
