It's funny that I'm leaning towards Washington DC rather than Seattle. The cheap DC place won't work though. The more expensive place is perfect. Several of the museums are open only from Thursdays through Sundays though. This is not good, especially given that I will have class on Thursdays. Hmm.

Mom called. She had a bad reaction to the antibody treatment that they gave her, and she's in the Emergency Room. She thinks that they'll keep her overnight. Also, she had another transfusion and didn't get her normal "bounce" from it. She doesn't know whether she's coming or going. I think that I'm going to stay home this weekend and do a bunch of cleaning in case I need to go out there. Oh hell. She's feeling at the end of her rope and so am I.

I kind of want to drown my sorrows in peppermint ice cream, but I also want to take a nap. Maybe I'll go see what Walmart has later because I think that they're open until 11 PM now.

Took a nap and slept through until morning.

I forgot, but I was going to ask if you knew which antibody therapy your Mom had problems with. I hope she's doing better now.
