The Word of the Day is "Ack!"

Ack! My a/c isn't working, and the complex manager didn't get back to me about sending someone out to look at it. The heat index was 98! I've been hanging out near my box fan.

Ack! The cool lesbian therapist with whom I hoped to work is now booked up. I'm not surprised because she was really cool. So the search is ongoing. Except that the Blue Cross Blue Shield site isn't working, and I need to cross check that therapists will be in network. I'll have to find something else to do in front of my fan :)

I wound up working on my travel planner printable, and came up with a page that I like. Any comments on the style before I go ahead and make more pages?

Oh yay. The Blue Cross Blue Shield site is back. Now I'll do more research on therapists. I found a couple at the same clinic, so I emailed the clinic to get the ball rolling.

I read another chapter in my Self-Compassion workbook. There's a writing exercise, but I'm feeling too hot to work on it? I don't know if that makes sense, but that's how I'm feeling. Maybe I should just head towards bed, have a wonderful cool shower, read some more, and drop off to sleep. If I get up early, it would be cooler to write.
