Bought a couple more irises. I'm looking at purple fountain grass for the back of my garden beds, and I can order it from Lowe's. Oh, and I got the sprinkler.

I looked at air conditioners with heaters, and I might have to go with a portable one because the upstairs windows are so small. The only window with an outlet nearby is by my treadmill. Dad said to go to Lowe's or Home Depot with the measurements and talk to someone there.

I've decided that I like Columbine flowers, but they're toxic to dogs and cats, so maybe not. I also looked at lavender, but it's toxic to dogs and cats. Sigh.

glida_elise said that apple trees are a lot of work and need spraying if you want to eat the apples, so I'm mulling that over.

Called my mom's mortgage company. They want me to fax a death certificate and a copy of the trust or probate documents. I went through three people to get to where I could make a payment. Sigh. I emailed the trust asking for documents.

Then I talked to the post office. They said that I need to fill out a new change of address form at my local post office. I'll need to get up early tomorrow to do so. Wait, there's a post office in Champaign that's open until 5 tomorrow. I'll go there.

I think that I've got the stakes for the dahlias, but I'll wait to plant them until tomorrow because I'm still in my pajamas. (It's been one of those days :))

I found a spirea on Home Depot's site that I like. I'll have to order two of them to go in the tall pots from Mom's house with ferns on them.

My compost bin is now arriving on Sunday. Bah.

Took a nap and slept until 1:15 AM. I was having a vivid dream. I'm going to go back to sleep; I have a lot to do tomorrow.
