The pause that refreshes
Apr. 22nd, 2004 02:43 pmI could get used to this vacation business. I don't feel rushed going anywhere, which is wonderful. Yesterday I took a nap after breakfast, wandered over to a music store to look for music books and to look at violins (unfortunately, they didn't have the books that I wanted and any violins), meandered over to my guitar lesson, and then over to the gym. I have gotten a start on organizing stuff, but probably need to pick up the pace.
The more research that I do into violins, the more they intrigue me. One book that I read compared the sound of the violin to a human voice, and that's probably why I like the sound so much. I'd like to see an actual violin in a store, but so far, no luck.
