Tonight, I finished filling out the paperwork to sell my condo. I'm glad that the real estate agent is someone I like (and know as a friendly acquaintance). We got punchy filling out the forms and laughed a lot. There was one form that was nine pages long and listed questions about everything imaginable that could be wrong with the condo and some things I never would have imagined. One thing that I mentioned is that one of my neighbors plays loud music late in the afternoon/early in the evening. Cynthia (the real estate agent) was dubious, but I insisted that we note it down. On cue, the music started as we were finishing the forms. The neighbor was also singing, and Cynthia said, "Oh, they sing too. I'm glad that we decided to put it down." I thought that was funny.
I wanted to mention something about the sale process that wasn't gloom, depression, or stress.
