Voice Lesson!!!!

My doctor's office called and canceled my appointment today. I called and made a new appointment but also asked for a letter for my COVID shot appointment. They said that they'd see what they could do. They called back and said that I didn't need a note because my diagnosis is in my chart.

I am so sleepy today. I'm wondering how I'll be able to stay up until my voice lesson. I guess that I'll spend a bunch of time on the piano while I wait. And I must remember to declutter because I forgot last night!

I was really hungry, so I made some frozen Brussels Sprouts to snack on. Go me! Healthy food! Must pick up some more veggies to snack on.

I'm pondering how I could get some photography in my life. I have some online classes to work on. And I need to take the camera out with me somewhere to practice. I think that Step 1 is to read my books about the camera. I could do that on the exercise bike and do two things at once, although I'll need to tweak the camera based on what I'm reading. I'm not sure where I put the books though. I also dug up my classes.

Holy. Cow. My new voice teacher is a phenomenal teacher. I think that I learned more from her in one lesson than I did the whole time that I took lessons before. Or it least I was sounding better. I'm definitely keeping up with these lessons. We were working on a Bonnie Raitt song that I like to sing. I'm supposed to find a karaoke version if one exists. Fun stuff. Yeah, I found a bunch of them. Oh, this is fun. And I ordered a sheet music book with the song.

The singing lesson energized me, so I did more than my scheduled amount of decluttering. Far out.

Practiced piano. I printed out the music from the class that I missed on Thursday and tackled it.

I got a huge box in which Amazon shipped a milk crate for files. Zara loves it, but it's in the way. I guess that I'll keep it a little longer. There is crinkly paper in it too, so I can see why it's irresistible to a cat. She likes to dive into it.

I think that I'm going to crash soon and sleep myself out. And dream of music....
