Hang-up call

Just had another hang-up call. I need to call Pac Bell this afternoon and start the trace of my calls.

you don't have caller id?

I'm not much for communication devices but caller id is well worth it.

I have caller ID. The calls show up as "out-of-area" calls, although they might be from a business with its own phone system. Sometimes I've had to pick those up for that reason, although now I route legit business callers to my cell phone.

I also have Privacy Manager, although it's turning out to be a pain to deal with. (It blocks calls in which the caller is unidentified, and asks them to identify themselves. But there's nothing to keep someone from giving it a phony name.)
