I have caller ID. The calls show up as "out-of-area" calls, although they might be from a business with its own phone system. Sometimes I've had to pick those up for that reason, although now I route legit business callers to my cell phone.
I also have Privacy Manager, although it's turning out to be a pain to deal with. (It blocks calls in which the caller is unidentified, and asks them to identify themselves. But there's nothing to keep someone from giving it a phony name.)
