Flexitarian

days_unfoldingI really have a ton of Spanish homework. I did some Wednesday night, but I have a ways to go. Need to buckle down.
I keep seeing job postings asking for the skills that I've been acquiring at Heartland, so that's good.
Today was a little less crazy at work.
I didn't walk at dinner because I had to run to the library.
Zara was thrilled to see me when I came home.
CNN posted an article about "flexitarian" diets (mostly veggie, but some meat), which seems like it would work for me, so I ordered a book about it from the library. The article listed a breakfast of avocado toast, eggs, and spinach, which sounds good, but a lot of food, but maybe then I wouldn't snack at work.
I plan to stay up late studying Spanish. If he keeps on piling on the work like this, I'll be speaking sentences fairly quickly, which probably is why he's piling it on.
