Just made a Japanese ground chicken and tofu dish. It turned out well, despite the fact that the recipe left out the amount of ground chicken to add-;) I never realized how sensual cooking smells could be, Chopped ginger, especially, smells incredible.
Now I need to make a spinach breakfast quiche. And eBay appears to be picking up, so I want to get cracking on my listings.

Date: 2001-10-14 12:01 am (UTC)To my surprise, I'm finding that a lot of these recipes are fairly fast to make. (Well, not the Japanese one, which required chopping and chopping and still more chopping-;)) I'm hoping to keep at least some of this up when I start working again.
