Oh cool. The app that I was looking at allows you to schedule sessions in advance. I can schedule Javascript sessions on the weekends, and it'll schedule focused time.

I finally requested a vote by mail ballot. I requested a permanent one.

I'm calling Mimi the Insatiable Miss M because she wants more pets! More, more!

The doctor still hasn't looked at my xrays. But today, I forgot that I have my songwriting and music theory classes, so I can't mow today anyway.

Withdrawal as a student from the university is in progress. I filled out a form and am setting up a meeting with an advisor.

The songwriting teacher thinks that I’m following him better than I am. I need to go over the materials that he provided after class. (I'm setting an appointment on Fridays to go over songwriting and music theory.) Piano went well. My teacher is hard on me, criticizing how I play, but I think that means that she thinks that I can improve. (In the class that I took with her, she was just accepting whether the student could play the piece or not.)

Got laundry going. I can't go to sleep until I put it in the dryer.

I just spent a while scanning a long song that we're singing for choir and sent it to my singing teacher.

I'll post and check on my clothes in the washer.

I'm tired this morning, although I got enough sleep. Put laundry in the dryer. I fed the girls, but Zara wants more food. I told her that she's an optimist.

I gave up and turned on the heat. It was 66 in here, and it's gone down to 50 at night. Too cold.

I called a sprinkler repair place, and they're coming out tomorrow. I called an estate sale company, and we're out of the range that they serve. I called another company and left a message.

I've heard nothing from the dumpster people (surprise, surprise). I posted bad reviews on Yelp and Google. I'll call them tomorrow. And go to the Better Business Bureau if I don't get my money back.

I got my tie-dye hoodies from the shop in Haight-Ashbury. That was fast. I'll wear one of them tomorrow. Oh, and I received an electronic calendar that will display entries from your Google and Outlook calendars. I thought that it would help with the appointments with people working on the house, plus with school later on.

I dozed for a half-hour after work.

Me: Why am I hungry? Me a minute later: Because I haven't eaten dinner? That would do it.

Crud. I need to get the garbage and recycling out. I'm currently lying in bed with two blankets over me, cocooning. Better get moving. Got the garbage and recycling out. Ordered more three-prong to two-prong adapters so that I can get my new laptop set up.

Yeeeeah. I got my Skylight calendar set up, and it's syncing with my three calendars (hotmail, google, and work). It said that it might take 12 hours to fully sync. However, stuff from my hotmail calendar is showing up, even a new entry that I added. I'm thinking that this is the best of both worlds--a calendar I can view all the time plus reminders from the actual electronic calendars.

Hmm. I think that I'll put some clothes away and head towards bed.

Mom Report

Napped a little, but still couldn't get very deeply asleep. So I got up and got more stuff done.

I'm having a problem with my phone in that when I called my mom, I could hear her only very faintly and not loud enough to understand. I rebooted my phone. Same thing. I finally turned on speakerphone, and then I could hear her. After I hung up, I tried playing a video, with the same results. So the sound is turned off somewhere. But I can't figure out where. It says that the ringtone is on full blast.

Mom has been very tired and mostly has been sleeping. She talked to her doctor about it, and he said that it's to be expected with the multiple myeloma and the chemo. That doesn't help Mom much. She's also having a rough time handling the winter.

The blueberry crepes that I bought at Aldi's are really good.

I think that I'll do some planning stuff. The 168 hours audiobook challenged me to come up with 100 things that I want to do during my life, along with keeping a time log. So I think that I'll work on it for a while before going to sleep.

One of those things is live in Hawaii. I'm completely appalled by the false alert sent out. I have to admit that I'm taking it more personally because it's Hawaii. A bunch of articles have been talking about how we could get into a nuclear war by accident. What a stupid way to die.
