Sleep Is the Best Medicine
Mar. 29th, 2014 11:03 amWell, one item is off of my list. I took a nap about 8:30 last night--and woke up at midnight. My mom had called, and I slept through it. I went back to sleep, and woke up at 5 AM. At that point, I was feeling a little shaky, so I ate a little cereal and drank some water, got ready for bed, turned out the lights, and went back to sleep. I woke up again about 9, and stayed up that time. The combination of the sleep and the Contac that I took has got me feeling pretty well.
No snow. It's a beautiful day out, so I might run errands later. And maybe go for a walk.
