Today was the first time that I met an LJer IRL. Stopped by bookfoole's bookstore, and had a great time chatting with him about how he got into the business and about LJ, poking around his store, etc. It's a very nice store; much nicer than the used bookstores in San Jose, which tend to be kind of seedy.

Now I want to open a used bookstore after I relocate-;)

I'm amused that the first time that I met an LJer was in Detroit. It's cool, though, to be able to picture his shop when he appends from it now.
